PayPal has a Merchant Rate pricing program that offers a tiered transaction fee table. If you make over $3,000 a month on PayPal you qualify to move down to 2.5% all the way down to the lowest possible 1.9%.
So what is the catch? You have to opt in. Yes, that is the entire catch. PayPal does not advertise this option anywhere; in fact, the option is so well hidden it took me almost 30 minutes to find it. Once you opt in you can begin making massive savings for you and your business.
