Every new generation arrives into this world with a wave of new technology. Unfortunately, every new wave of technology seems to leave most of and older generation well out of the loop. How often do your parents call you to ask questions about their new computer? Have you tried to set your dear old grandmother up with a cell phone only to spend more time with it then she does? Have you ever received a reply to an email asking you to resend your letter in a physical copy? It is frustrating when something so seemingly simple can become incredibly complicated to the elders of our society. Luckily I have discovered a flow chart you can send to anyone having trouble with their fancy-schmancy new gadget.
